This app is not doing anything, and it does it well...

Slow to load,then works well.Still better than having to listen to French music.

Great ap, can now listen to Uk radio wherever I am - will definately recommend to all my expat friends. Can you add Radio Shropshire? Loads of us in France listen.

A superb app for getting BBC Radio services all around the world. I cant imagine travelling without this app. Well recommended.

I absolutely love this app, it has a simple and intuitive interface. I particularly like the feature that makes it a radio alarm clock however I have noticed that leaving the app running in the background overnight so that it can turn on in the morning severely drains the battery. I would happily rate it five stars if this could be improved!

This is the most reliable app I could find to listen to British radio stations live. Ideal for expats or Anglophiles. I strongly recommend it. The Listen Again app -by the same developer- is also excellent, and allows you to listen to your favourite programmes on demand. Especially useful for Radio 4 and Radio 4 Extra, imo. The Radio app comes with a built-in alarm clock which allows you to wake up to your favourite radio station. I get to listen to Radio 4 and the Today programme every morning, from my bed in France - quel luxe! Although the time difference can be a tad frustrating. Chill radio is also a plus - perfect ambience music when you need to chill or if you like to work to soft background music. Enjoy!

this app is nice 2 listen to British radio broadcasting stations. Via "i" one can select the different stations to be shown in the main window. Id like to add a recording function and sleeptimer, then 5*.

Easy, very useful app. Does the job, no frills, great!

Stations take a while to load and once streaming the audio cuts out regularly.

Great app. Things Id like to see in future versions - ios3 compatibility - option to turn off music via 3G - an improved interface to speed up removing favourite stations i.e. List all favourites at the top of the list so they can be quickly deselected - international stations - option to select quality of stream or size of buffer as both arent quite well balanced and it cuts out regularly. - more comprehensive alarm options similar to the iOS alarms. Also, option to specify which station to use for alarms and option for multiple alarms with normal alarm sounds as an option. - app remembers whether it was playing or in standby from last time. Option to always start in standby Keep up the good work!

Works fine, but the default interface is infuriating -- check settings to switch to the multi-icon view.

Since they updated The Radio the app hardly ever works. Its constantly flashing up ads which is annoying and sometimes causes the app to stop working if Ive managed to get it working in the first place. I would go ahead and purchase the full version but Im reluctant to if I can hardly ever get the free one to work - it doesnt bode well for the full version. All in all a disappointment. The older version never had any issues.

Has turned my iPhone 4 into a UK radio, in Japan. Works better than any other form of streaming Ive used before. Doesnt lose the stream if there is a temporary loss of signal, comes back on when signal restored. Brilliant app.
